JumpStart Youth Connection

JumpStart Youth Connection offers the Homework Outreach Program (HOP), which provides extra help for kids who were in danger of staying back, and the Therapeutic Arts / Social Skills Group, which covers anger management, conflict skills, relaxation skills, friendship skills, boundary skills, mood skills, and identifying outside stressors to reduce stress. It also offers the Healthy Choices for Mind, Body and Meals Program, which focuses on relaxation, activity, and healthy foods, as well as the Let's Get To Work Program.

Programs

• Homework Outreach Program (HOP) — Morning and afternoon session · Provides extra help for kids who were in danger of staying back.
• Summer Camp — Campers need to be 7 or turning 7 years of age during the summer. · Five weeks during the summer vacation · Tuition free camp for 20 area children with supportive adults providing educational, physical fitness and social assistance.
• Therapeutic Arts / Social Skills Group — Theme-based approach including anger mgmt., conflict skills, relaxation skills, friendship skills, boundary skills, mood skills, and identifying outside stressors to reduce stress.
• Healthy Choices for Mind, Body and Meals Program — After school · Focuses on relaxation, activity, and healthy foods.
• Let's Get To Work Program
