Little Sprouts Andover offers fun and creative learning activities that include climbing, jumping, crawling, dancing, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) activities, and Music & Movement. Children take part in song, use instruments, and are introduced to sign language as part of their daily experiences.

The leadership team includes Executive Director Kate Cannella, Assistant Director Jackie Deveau, and Health Safety Security Coordinator Juanita Herrera. Executive Director Kate Cannella earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Boston University, and Assistant Director Jackie Deveau holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from SNHU. Health Safety Security Coordinator Juanita Herrera is Director I certified and has over 19 years of early childhood education experience across infant, toddler, preschool, and pre-K classrooms.

Little Sprouts states that its mission is to cultivate a lifelong love of learning by nurturing each child’s natural curiosity and creativity, and to empower children to explore and grow while fostering their social and emotional intelligence, resilience, and sense of belonging within a supportive and caring community. Little Sprouts schools are S.E.E.D (Schools Excelling in Emotional Development) certified and are part of the US network of Babilou Family, a global mission-driven early education organization. The Andover school is described as having a tenured team and long-standing ties to the community, serving as a trusted home base for local families.
