YMCA of the North Shore Childcare Programs offers Infant, Toddler & Preschool, Before & After School, and Summer Day Camps. It also offers Kids’ Club Babysitting, which is drop-in babysitting while parents are in the Y facility.

About the provider
All of the programs are licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care. The organization was recognized as a Praesidium Accredited Organization. It also partners with dozens of elementary schools to provide before and after school child care during the school year and serves children in 25 cities and towns.
- Kids’ Club Babysitting — Children age 6 weeks to 8 years · Free to everyone holding a Family Membership. Drop-in babysitting while parents are in the Y facility. Staff are thoroughly screened and certified in CPR and First Aid.
Everyone belongs at the Y, regardless of income, ask about Flexible Pricing. Flexible Pricing scholarships must be approved and up to date prior to program, camp or childcare enrollment, and cannot be applied retroactively. Children of all abilities explore, try new things, build skills and make friends in the program.
