Brookline Recreation Department offers recreation programs for children and adults. Programs are held at facilities that include Jack Kirrane Ice Rink and EKAC. The Park & Recreation Commission sets policies for these programs.

The Park & Recreation Commission’s mission is to make policies to provide year-round, high quality, indoor and outdoor recreation activities for children and adults. Financial aid acceptance into the financial aid program with Brookline Recreation is open year round on a rolling basis. Community involvement options include volunteering to coach a team, teach kids, or volunteer to lead a program.
