Playful Minds Learning Center

Playful Minds Learning Center offers an Infant Program, Toddler Program, Preschool Program, and Before/After School Program, as well as vacation weeks and summer camp. The program includes on-site care and offsite school-age before and after school programs at multiple schools in Chicopee. All locations connected with the program offer private pay, voucher options, and food programs, and select locations offer transportation.

• Ages: 0–13 years old
• Schedule: Learning Center hours 6:30am–5:30pm, with full-time (6–9 hours), part-time (4 hours per day, not offered for infants), before school 6:30am–8:30am, after school 2:30pm–5:30pm, vacation weeks and summer camp 8:00am–4:00pm, and after-school offsites 2:30pm–5:30pm

The Infant Program serves children from 4 weeks to 15 months. The Toddler Program serves children from 15 months to 2 years 9 months. The Preschool Program serves children from 2 years 9 months to 5.0 years. The Before/After School Program and the vacation weeks and summer camp serve children 5.0 years and enrolled in kindergarten through 13 years. Program enrollment locations offer transportation, and the program offers private pay, voucher, and transportation options.

The program’s stated philosophy is to gently foster and guide each child’s love of learning while supporting them developmentally in all areas. It describes a nurturing, structured, and creative environment that provides an early foundation for developing positive skills and confidence. The Learning Center is led by Melody Robbins, Regional Director, and the school-age and summer camp programs are led by Jordan Robbins, School-Age and Summer Camp Director.
