Boys & Girls Club of Chicopee

Boys & Girls Club of Chicopee offers C.A.S.P.E.R. (Children’s After School Program for Education and Recreation), the Haven Teen Center, and a Summer Program. C.A.S.P.E.R. includes a Before School Program Monday-Friday from 6:30 AM-8:30 AM and an After School Program Monday-Friday from 2:30 PM-5:30 PM. The Haven Teen Center offers an After School Program Monday-Friday from 2:30 PM-5:30 PM and Teen Night on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:00 PM-8:30 PM. The Summer Program runs Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm for 8 weeks starting the first week of July and includes breakfast, lunch, snack, local field trips, themed weeks with special activities, and an air-conditioned gym and program space.

• C.A.S.P.E.R. (Children’s After School Program for Education and Recreation) — Kindergarten through age 12 · Before School Program: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-8:30 AM; After School Program: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-5:30 PM · $58–$122 per week · $30 annual membership fee (Sept. - Aug.). Licensed childcare program through the Department of Early Education and Care.
• Haven Teen Center — 13 to 18 · After School Program: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-5:30 PM; Teen Night: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 6:00 PM-8:30 PM · $30 · Drop-in membership program. Annual membership fee per program. Runs year-round with occasional closures for club functions.
• Summer Program — Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm · $245 per week · 8-week summer program beginning the first week of July. Breakfast, lunch and snack are provided. Includes a $25 per week deposit at time of registration.

About the provider

The Club has been a cornerstone of the community for over a century, with the earliest known facts going back to 1912 when the Club was incorporated. In 1988, the Club’s name changed to the Chicopee Boys & Girls Club, Inc. Its mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need them most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. C.A.S.P.E.R. is a licensed childcare program through the Department of Early Education and Care, and the Club’s programs are licensed through the Department of Early Education and Care.
