About
Camp Nonotuck Summer Day Camp includes activities such as use of an Olympic size outdoor swimming pool (if staffing is available), a water spray park, sports, games, arts and crafts, and nature trails. Campers take part in weekly field trips, special events, carnivals, tournaments, and theme weeks, with daily swimming or time at the water spray park.
• Ages: 6–13 years old
• Schedule: Week-long sessions from Week 1 (6/23–6/27), Week 2 (6/30–7/3, no 7/4), Week 3 (7/7–7/11), Week 4 (7/14–7/18), Week 5 (7/21–7/25), Week 6 (7/28–8/1), Week 7 (8/4–8/8), and Week 8 (8/10–8/15 for junior campers and 8/10–8/1 for senior campers), with regular day and extended day options Monday through Friday
• Price: Regular Day Monday–Friday 9 am to 3:30 pm $200.00; Extended Day Monday–Friday 8 am to 4 pm $225.00; Week 2 only (July 1st–4th) $160.00 regular day and $185.00 extended day; $25 non-refundable deposit per week per child after paying the first week in full; $25 extra if a child signed up for regular hours is dropped off before 8:30 am and/or picked up past 3:30 pm; $1.00 per minute charge for pick-up past extended hours (after 4:00 pm)
Camp Nonotuck Summer Day Camp is run under the auspices of the Department of Public Health 105 CMR 430.00 and is licensed annually by the local Board of Health. It is also run under the auspices of the City of Easthampton and the Department of Public Health 105 CMR 430.00 (1-617-983-6761). Helping Hands Scholarship information and Seven Hills Child Care Resources voucher information are available, and discounts of 10% are offered for registering for all 8 weeks and paying in full before camp begins or for having three campers attending the same week.
Parents or guardians must sign campers in and out each day unless self sign-out is approved. Before camp starts, a Health Form must be filled out and dropped off with immunization and physical records, and if a child takes medicine or has an inhaler or epipen during camp hours, a Medicine Authorization Form is required. As mandated by law, all campers must have immunizations within the last 2 years, a history/physical within the last 18 months, a recent picture, and a camp health form in place prior to any camp placement, with a current picture, Immunization Form by an MD, History/Physical by an MD (within 18 months), and the Camp Nonotuck Health Form due by June 20th, 2025. Each day, campers are expected to bring a healthy lunch, plenty of snacks, a water bottle, a backpack or bag, a swimsuit and towel, spray-on sunscreen, a hat, bug spray, socks and sneakers (with open-toed shoes avoided for safety), and clothes for cold or rainy weather.
