Franklin Youth Soccer Association

Franklin Youth Soccer Association offers Summer Camps and FSS Summer Programs. The summer camps include soccer training camps, and the FSS Summer Programs include fun skill games and a focus on technical skills.

Programs

• Summer Camps — In July and August; sessions for multiple age groups · Soccer training camps recommended by FYSA. Held indoors at Downtown Sports. Space is limited to 24 registrants in each age bracket.
• FSS Summer Programs — In July and August; sessions for multiple age groups · The Franklin Soccer School offers summer programs with fun skill games, a focus on technical skills, and experienced coaches.

About the provider

Franklin Youth Soccer Association was established in 1967. FYSA 2026 elected volunteer board members include President Evan Chelman, Vice President Mike Malamud, Secretary Daniella Bush, Treasurer Alexi Lammi, Travel Division Director Scott Trull, Academy Division Director Josh Lechter, Instructional Division Director Brian Weeks, FSC Director Evan Chelman (acting), and Director Emeritus Richard Frongillo. Appointed paid staff positions include Club Administrator Karen Keator and Referee Assignor Ian Schmellick.

FYSA board of directors meetings are open to the public and held the first Tuesday of every month in the FYSA office at 7:30pm. During the soccer playing seasons meetings are often swapped to start at 8pm. The organization’s Constitution, Bylaws, and Rules & Policies are published.
