Girls Inc. of Boston and Lynn is described as the longest-running girls’ leadership program, evolving with girls to meet the challenges and opportunities of the day. The program equips girls to reach their full potential while advocating with and for them to end inequity and discrimination. Through this work, girls gain the knowledge and skills to effect positive change in their lives and become leaders who will change the world. Network-wide statistics from the 2024 Girls Inc. Strong, Smart, and Bold Outcomes Survey are associated with the program’s impact.

Girls Inc. of Boston and Lynn is driven by the vision of powerful girls in an equitable society. The organization has joined forces with Strong Women Strong Girls as part of its community involvement.
