Art Studio 109

Art Studio 109 offers Kids Painting Camp for ages 6-12, with a one-day childrens painting workshop that includes all supplies. It also offers in-studio paint parties, on-location paint parties, and virtual paint parties, along with birthdays and birthday parties, parties and classes, school vacation week, summer workshops, college alumni reunions, elementary schools, and Paint 'n Sip events.

About the provider

Art Studio 109 was founded in 2007 and has over 18 years of experience. Karen Watson Johnson is the founder and lead instructor, and Patti Allan is also part of the leadership team. The program’s mission is making painting and art accessible to every child, regardless of natural talent or artistic background. Karen Watson Johnson has a background in Education and Fine Art.

Step-by-step method; warm, encouraging environment where every child succeeds; no art experience required; children ages 6 and up / 6-12 are guided through acrylic painting on canvas.
