The facility hours are Tuesday–Saturday, and Monday holidays, 8:30 am–4:00 pm. Program policies state that foot travel only is allowed and visitors should stay on trails; day passes are available for powered mobility devices. Dog walking and horseback riding are prohibited, and all animals and pets should be left at home except service animals. Camping, collecting, smoking, hunting, fishing, releasing animals, and feeding wildlife are prohibited, and commercial photography needs prior approval.
