Springfield Boys & Girls Club Youth Programs offers daily academic support, homework help, sports and recreation, and arts and creativity. It also includes daily after-school and youth programs, the Drop-In Program, the EEC Licensed After School Program, and Teen Membership for ages 1318.
Programs
- Daily Programs — children and teens ages 6–18 · daily · The Club offers safe, structured after-school and youth programs in Springfield, MA. Daily programs provide academic support, enrichment activities, and mentorship in a positive environment.
- Drop-In Program — ages 6–18 · Ages 6–12: Tuesday – Friday 3:00 pm–6:00 pm; Saturdays & School Vacation Days 9:30 am–1:30 pm. Ages 13–18: Tuesday – Friday 6:00 pm–9:00 pm; Saturdays & School Vacation Days 1:30 pm–5:30 pm · Fun, flexible, and engaging programs for ages 6–18. All Members: Only $40 per academic year.
- EEC Licensed After School Program — school days, school vacation days, and early dismissal · Monday – Friday. School Days: 3:00 pm–6:00 pm; School Vacation Days: 8:00 am–5:30 pm; Early Dismissal: 12:00 pm–6:00 pm · After school program with transportation available and vouchers accepted.
- Academic Support & Homework Help — students · daily · Helps students stay on track in school with daily homework assistance and learning support.
- Sports & Recreation — children and teens · daily · Encourages teamwork, physical health, and confidence through structured play and sports.
- Arts & Creativity — children and teens · daily · Provides a safe space for self-expression through art, music, and hands-on creative activities.
- Teen Membership — ages 13–18 · after school and in the summer · A safe, engaging space for teens in Springfield to grow, lead, and thrive.

About the provider
The program has been changing lives for over 135 years. Its mission is to ensure every young person has a safe place to belong, grow, and succeed. The Club hosts many events throughout the year for both kids and the community alike. Transportation is available and vouchers are accepted.
Club hours are subject to change. Membership is affordable. Programs are structured and supervised. Safe and supportive environment.
