Roots Gymnastics Center offers activities that include Sweet Peas, Sprouts, Gymnastics, and Ninja. The program also features access to a Ninja Warrior Wall and Obstacle Course.

Roots Gymnastics Center West is home to Competitive Teams and a Ninja Warrior Wall and Obstacle Course and offers 20,000 square feet of activity space. Roots East Campus offers classes in a boutique style atmosphere customized specifically for kids ages 8 months–9 years with separate activity areas. Pam and Steve Pryor are active owner/operators, and they began at the gymnastics center in 2009 as part-time coaches and purchased the business in 2014. The mission of Roots Gymnastics Center states that its gymnastics programs teach the foundations of coordination, strength, flexibility, balance, and general fitness in a safe and fun environment that follows a professional curriculum adapted to meet the needs of children, with a goal to foster an atmosphere of learning and development to help plant the seeds for healthy bodies and minds. Roots Gymnastics Center is described as a truly family business and offers convenience and collaboration with other Roots programs such as Roots Aquatics and Fitness Center, Roots Learning Centers, Roots Athletic Center, and Roots Cycle.
