North Suburban YMCA Youth Sports & Swim Lessons includes youth swimming lessons and youth sports programs such as baseball, basketball, gymnastics, and soccer. The facility also offers group exercise classes and water fitness classes, along with adult pickleball.

• Schedule: Youth Sports 5–10 weeks; Youth Swim Lessons 5–10 weeks

The North Suburban YMCA is described as a full wellness facility that includes a gymnasium, swimming pool, water fitness, personal training, group exercise classes, youth swimming lessons and sports programs, camps, men’s and women’s steam rooms, and Bay State Physical Therapy. A Child Watch program is available for members enrolled in an active Family membership. The leadership team includes Donny Bautz (Sr. Executive Director), Liz Hammond (Associate Executive Director), Ali Miller (Membership Director), Delaney Brown (Membership Coordinator), Derek Bye (Healthy Living Director), Kevin Hammond (Senior Aquatics Director), Rebecca LaFleche (Aquatics Director), Kathryn McCarthy (Family & Youth Sports Program Director), Amanda Walsh (Multisite Director of School Age Programs), MaryAnn Hanafin (Multisite Director of School Age Programs), and Suzanne Swankowski (Early Education Director). The YMCA of Greater Boston is described as a charitable organization with volunteer opportunities that include roles such as youth soccer coach, yoga instructor, helping pack food at the Food Distribution warehouse, reading to children in Early Education Programs, reading or leading an activity in After School Programs, helping with special events such as Healthy Kids’ Day or Together We Move 5K Races, and serving on Boards of Advisors or the General Board.
