Boys & Girls Club of Worcester offers a wide range of activities, including academic support through the Learning Center, Power Hour and AVID, Project Learn: The Educational Enhancement Program, and College Prep & SAT Assistance. Youth can take part in an Aquatics Program with FREE swim lessons and Lifeguard Certification, as well as a Basketball Program, Boxing & Fitness Program, Triple Play, and the Healthy Habits Program with 1 hour of daily physical activity and an increase in fruits and vegetables. The program also includes Arts & Crafts, Dance, Drama, Music, a Summer Program 2025, School Aged Child Care, Kids Café with FREE dinners for 300 kids per day, a Food Pantry, an Emergency Clothing Closet, babysitting certification, FREE Driver's Ed, Job Readiness Program, Youth of the Year, Mentoring Programs, and the Mentor Connection Program, where 200 youth are paired with local mentors.

The Boys & Girls Club of Worcester includes leadership and staff such as Ellin Terrill, Ian Witt, Josh Brown, Kathy Odgren, Kristin Mayotte, Leah Motsis, Liz Hamilton, Marcie Molina, Precious Ansah, MSW, Shauree Allotey, Tanaha Bailey, and a Board of Directors. The mission of the Boys & Girls Club of Worcester is to help youth, especially those who need the program most, develop the qualities needed to become responsible citizens and community leaders, through caring professional staff who forge relationships with youth members and influence their ability to succeed in life. As one of the largest youth development agencies in Central Massachusetts, it provides mentoring, programs, and services that help youth reach their full potential, including 100 teens hired each year, 500 members who have participated in FREE Driver's Ed in the past 7 years, 400+ middle schoolers who have received babysitting certification, and 2,000 youth supported in the Holiday Giving Program. The organization reports that 92% of members state they have a trusted adult at the Club, and it maintains an Alumni Hall of Fame.
