Camp Carlo offers a wide range of themed activities, including Once Upon a Time, Happy Holidays!, Air & Space, Comics & Capes, Heroes of the Bible, Romans and Gladiators, and Vacation Bible School. Campers can take part in sports such as Basketball, Soccer, Flag Football, Volleyball, and Camp Olympics, as well as Gym Games and Game Time. Creative and performing options include Make & Create, Painting, Paper Mâché, Theater I, Theater II, Get Up and Dance!, Lego Challenges, Books Alive!, Super Spy & Detective Lab, Micro Destruction, Jr. Journalism, and Jr. Job Fair.

Camp Carlo is a local, Christian summer youth program offered by St. Agnes parish in Baltimore, MD. It is described as a new Youth Ministry initiative designed to minister to different age groups within a faith community and to lead kids closer to Christ. The mission of Camp Carlo states that it is a summer camp experience that encourages both campers and counselors to grow in their faith and love for Jesus Christ, with high school and college instructors sharing and growing in their love of Christ through daily Mass, theology discussions, and Eucharistic Adoration.
