IBIM Girls offers Free to Be Me, a 10-month group mentoring and leadership development program with bi-weekly group sessions. Its activities focus on goal setting and leadership, self-esteem and confidence, mental health and wellness, gratitude and giving back, and healthy relationships. It also offers the Visionary Ambassador Program, the Healthy Harvest Heroes Community Garden, the Believe In Your P.O.W.E.R. Enrichment Workshop, the Soaring for Success College Readiness & Career Development Workshop Series, the Cozy Dreamers Youth Literacy Program, and the Shining Star Academy After-School Program for Grades 6-8.

- Believe In Your P.O.W.E.R. Enrichment Workshop — Every spring; full-day workshop · Annual workshop for 100 girls in the Baltimore area with dynamic women leading hands-on workshops.
- Soaring for Success College Readiness & Career Development Workshop Series — 7th through 12th grade students · 4 to 8 week workshops · College readiness and career development workshops covering post-secondary preparation, school choice, GPA impact, SAT preparation, essay writing, resume writing, and interview skills.
- Cozy Dreamers Youth Literacy Program — Annual book and pajama drive; scheduled literacy night · Promotes literacy through a book and pajama drive and reading circles with donated books and pajamas.
- Shining Star Academy After-School Program for Grades 6-8 — Grades 6-8 · After-school · After-school program focused on personal development, academic excellence, and creative expression.

About the provider
The mission of IBIM Girls is to become responsible, productive and successful members of the community. Its community involvement includes community service initiatives throughout the year, a monthly community service project in its organizational goals, a community garden, a book and pajama drive for a local Pre-K and Kindergarten class in Baltimore, 50 Meals for 50 Families, SWAG SWAP, and a Back-to-School Backpack Giveaway.
