IBIM Girls includes group mentoring, leadership training, and health and fitness programs. Participants take part in a campaign against violence, drug abuse, alcohol abuse, and sexual misbehavior among youth, and they complete a monthly community service project. The program also offers business, finance, and entrepreneurship programs, and it supports girls in exploring college options by discussing the possibilities of a college education, visiting local colleges, offering assistance with application submissions, and providing scholarships to qualifying participants.
