The organization offers customizable professional teambuilding programs, including Classic, Women in Business, Emerging Leaders, Bridging the Gap, and custom options tailored to specific team needs, goals, and dynamics. It operates a permanent outdoor learning campus that is the first experiential outdoor classroom of its kind in Washington, D.C., purpose-built with climbing elements and immersive team-based programs. The school works across the DMV area in partnership with THEARC and runs programs for veterans. A $2 million investment from the A. James & Alice B. Clark Foundation, the largest in Chesapeake Bay Outward Bound School’s history, supports this work.
