Neema Dance Collective offers classes and programs that include gymnastics, ballet, jazz, hip-hop, tap, arts and crafts, games, and open gym. The studio is a performance-based dance studio and company that presents original choreographic works with a focus on multiple dance styles.

• Ages: 1–18 years old
• Schedule: Summer hours Monday–Friday 7:30PM–6PM; fall hours Monday–Friday 5PM–9PM and Saturdays 9:30AM–3:00PM, with specific studio closure dates throughout the year

Over the past eight seasons, Neema Dance Collective has provided a platform for both emerging and seasoned dancers. The studio is Black-owned and Woman-owned and serves Prince George’s County through a company made up of local dance students, professional dancers, and pre-professional dancers. It offers training to dancers from 18 months through adult in over 25 dance styles and runs more than 70 classes each week in the 2025–2026 season, including adult programs. Neema Dance Collective’s programs include a gymnastics program with progressive levels 1–5 for children ages 3 and up, a Summer Dance Camp for ages 4–15 that features multiple dance styles, arts and crafts, games, and a showcase, and a Summer Dance Intensive for competitive dancers ages 6–18 with a performance at the end. The Neema KIDZ Open Gym program offers structured care for children during school closure days. The Dynasty Elite Dance Company is a pre-professional dance team based at Neema Dance Collective. The leadership team includes Grace A. Johnson-Wright as Owner and Artistic Director and CEO, Monica Davis as Operations Manager, Tiffany Fleet and Monet Gooch as Directors of Dance Education, and Charity Williams as Studio Manager. The studio states a mission of being a versatile dance studio and company performing original and captivating dance pieces for a variety of audiences, with a communal effort to uplift, inspire, and mold dancers who can master multiple styles of dance in the professional realm, and describes its dancers as poised, focused, and classically trained.
