Denton Wesleyan Camp offers evangelistic events and camps, retreats, and recreation. The program also includes activities focused on discipleship and spiritual formation, along with leadership development and equipping for Christian service. All activities take place at Denton Wesleyan Camp.
The mission of Denton Wesleyan Camp is to provide opportunities to refresh the soul, renew the mind, and ready believers for Christian service. Leadership for the camp includes Marilyn Searcey, who serves as a board member and is a pastor at Renovate Church in Delmar, Delaware. Marilyn Searcey describes the camp as a place for people to reflect, draw near to God, and make room for Him to begin a new work of restoration, and as a sacred space and marker where people can remember and celebrate what God has done and be encouraged that He is still working.
