Campers also take part in chapel, group games, outdoor activities when weather permits, black light games in the gym, and daily singing of praises to the Lord. Camp Wabanna states the mission “Real Ministry. Real People. Real Growth. Real Fun!” The program holds a Community Open House where staff are available to answer questions and tour programs, and families have the opportunity to try a high-ropes activity including the Giant Swing. Spring Retreat registration is available, and the retreat is described as action-packed with some favorite camp activities and some new activities such as black light games in the gym. The program limits campers to one week of Day Camp to serve a growing number of families, with no limitation on weeks per camper for Overnight Camp. Camp Wabanna also notes serving lunch to nearly 300 people in under a minute.
