Forest Hill Dance

Forest Hill Dance offers Performance Program, Recreation Classes, Creative Movement, Pre-Ballet, Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Lyrical, Pointe, Hip Hop, and Summer intensive classes. The Performance Program begins in September and ends in May or June, and it includes ballet, which is required in the performance program. Recreation Classes run in fall and spring sessions that start in September and January, and ballet is not required.

• Ballet — A variety of levels of Ballet is offered. Ballet is required in the performance program.
• Tap — A variety of levels is offered.
• Jazz — A variety of levels is offered.

• Hip Hop — A variety of levels is offered.
• Summer intensive classes — Offered in the summer.

About the provider

Forest Hill Dance is run by a Committee of Volunteers and serves over 200 dancers with seven instructors and choreographers. Instructors are fully certified to teach dancing at all levels. The organization says it offers all students the opportunity to study with professional instructors at a cost all families can afford and encourages artistry and creativity. Creative Movement and Pre-Ballet end with a separate performance at the school on stage for their families, and the performance program ends with a large end-of-year production.
