Kids Villa Learning Center offers daily activities that include soccer, running obstacles, playing games, and other sports related activities. Children also take part in language arts, reading, math, social studies, science, art, music, and physical fitness.

Kids Villa Learning Center guides children with research-based standards and Maryland Department of Education certification credentials, using curriculum approved by the Maryland State Department of Education. Qualified and experienced teachers lead activities that cover multiple curricular areas every day. The program uses the Success for All Curriculum for ages 4–5 and the Creative Curriculum for ages 2–3. Kids Villa Learning Center states the philosophy “All Children Can Learn!” and describes a mission of meeting children where they are and giving them tools and support to grow at their own pace and in their own way, while emphasizing that parental involvement lies at the heart of every child’s development and that communication with families is kept open at all times.

Kid's Villa Waring Station Road has been providing child care for over 7 years. Kid's Villa Germantown is accredited by the Maryland State Department of Education. Kid's Villa Waring Station Road is licensed by the Maryland State Department of Education, is an accredited MSDE program, and is a participant of Maryland EXCELS. Kids Villa Learning Center has three locations: Germantown, Waring Station Road, and Urbana. At Kid’s Villa in Urbana, there is a secure keypad entry system with streaming video service in all eight classrooms, which are divided by age group. The Urbana site includes two spacious fenced-in playgrounds divided by age group and accessible directly from the classrooms, along with a third play area that is a large fenced-in grass field.

Kids Villa Learning Center describes an embrace and celebration of the diversity of all children ethnically, racially, linguistically, mentally, physically, and developmentally. Strategies used to encourage parent involvement include participation in field trips, classroom volunteering, parent conferences, monthly family-center events, Career Day, Grandparents Day, Back to School Night, free parent workshops, and a Parent Advisory Committee that gives parents input on preschool and child care program operations.
