The JLIT program is described as the first step in the Bar-T Summer Counselor Training Program, and Bar-T bus transportation is available for JLITs to both Mountainside and Ranch. Summer camp teams are required to participate in trainings on Friday, June 5th (7:00pm–9:00pm), Saturday, June 6th (8:00am–5:00pm), and Saturday, June 13th (8:00am–5:00pm). The organization notes that positions are benefit eligible, including healthcare, vision, dental, and an employee assistance program, and that assistant director and director positions are hired year-round.
