Boys & Girls Clubs of Harford & Cecil Counties Programs include after school programs, Club on the Go, and licensed child care, along with activities such as sports, fitness and recreation, the arts, and education and career development. Children and teens can take part in specific programs like Power Hour, Career Launch, Junior Staff, Money Matters, Smart Moves, Passport to Manhood, SMART Girls, Triple Play, Badges for Baseball, ImageMakers: National Photography Program, the National Fine Arts Exhibit, Keystone, Torch Club, Youth of the Year, and Young Leaders Academy. The program uses a dedicated facility for after-school activities that is not limited to classrooms in a school.

For 30 years, Boys & Girls Clubs of Harford & Cecil Counties have developed a reputation for helping kids who need them most and now serve more than 7,500 youth annually. The organization began in 1990 in Aberdeen, Maryland, and in 1999 the Boys & Girls Clubs of Cecil County was chartered; in 2018, the two merged to become the largest Boys & Girls Clubs in Maryland, and over the past 25 years services have expanded to four Clubs in Harford County. The mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of Harford & Cecil Counties is to inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need them most, to reach their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens. The Clubs provide programming in areas such as character and leadership development, health and life skills, education and career development, the arts, and sports, fitness and recreation, and employ full-time youth development professionals trained to implement these programs. The Board of Directors received a 2017 Silver Award from Boys & Girls Clubs of America for engagement and 100% individual contributions in 2016.
