Bar-T Kids Club & Summer Camps offers Kids Club before- and after-school programs during the school year and leadership-in-training programs in the summer. The program includes JLIT and LIT roles with set weekday hours during the summer months.
• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Kids Club runs September–June with before-school hours from 7:00am–9:30am and after-school hours from 3:00pm–6:30pm on weekdays; JLIT and LIT programs run 8:30am–3:30pm on weekdays in the summer, with JLITs committing to at least 4 weeks.
• Price: JLIT 2025 Summer Fee: $1,000.00 (regardless of the amount of weeks attended).

Lifeguard positions for ages 16 and up require certification. Bar-T notes that Bar-T bus transportation is available for JLITs to both Mountainside and Ranch, that certain director roles are benefit eligible for healthcare, vision, dental, and an employee assistance program, and that substitute positions are assigned on an as-needed basis and may be scheduled last minute.
