Express Yourself Summer Camp 2024

Expressive Therapy Center Summer Programs offer summer programming that includes individual therapy, group therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, psychological testing, psychoeducational testing, and parenting support. The programs use approaches such as art, play, movement, drama, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, psychodynamic methods, the Gottman technique, and traditional talk therapy. Participants may also take part in support groups and social skills groups as part of the center’s array of services.

• Ages: 0–18 years old

For over 25 years, Expressive Therapy Center has been helping children, adolescents, and adults. The center’s mission statement explains that it offers a variety of summer programs and takes the time to personally match each individual with a therapist and a specialized approach to best meet each individual’s needs. One parent shared that their son enjoys coming to group each week, looks forward to seeing his friends and the next project, and that the variety of approaches in the program offers a non-competitive, non-threatening basis for building social skills, along with open communication with staff to reinforce things at home.
