The Goddard School of Olney

The Goddard School of Olney offers a play-based curriculum that includes activities such as American Sign Language, chess, handwriting, music appreciation, physical fitness, yoga and mindfulness, and secondary languages. Children use playgrounds and take part in the Wonder of Learning education program, supported by an expert curriculum and experienced teachers. The school operates as an independently owned and operated school with an on-site owner and follows rigorous health and safety protocols that include finger guards, a gate alarm, a non-biometric security scanner, and outdoor security cameras.

The Goddard School of Olney is led by owner Tracy Rana, who has a background in business and over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and management. She attended Michigan State University and graduated with a degree in Marketing, and she has lived in Montgomery County for 15 years.

The Goddard School of Olney is proudly accredited by Maryland EXCELS 3 and holds Maryland Accreditation from November 2022 through November 2027. The Goddard School is also nationally accredited by Cognia.
