Cumberland Heat Travel Softball Organization offers girls fast-pitch softball. The program also creates recruiting videos for players.

Cumberland Heat Travel Softball Organization was established in 1996 and was born in Cumberland, Maryland in 1996. The organization has historically consisted of 5 teams of girls ranging from 8 to 18 years old, and has also been described as 5 teams ranging from 10U to 18U. The Cumberland Heat Organization is guided by a volunteer board of directors, volunteer coaches, and parent volunteers who put the children first and in the best position for success.
The organization states that it has worked to provide young women in the Tri-State area with tools to not only succeed on the softball field, but in life. Its stated goal is to assist these young girls in developing their personal and softball skills which will enable them to achieve high levels of competition and possible eligibility for college scholarships. Cumberland Heat Softball is a 501(c) non-profit girls fast-pitch softball organization. The organization uses the phrase, “Confidence Breeds Success. Success Breeds Confidence.” and notes that if a player needs a recruiting video, they do that as well.
