Grace United Learning Center offers a before and after school program, Summer Camp, and field trips. The center serves breakfast, a morning snack, a hot lunch, and an afternoon snack, with a daily hot lunch prepared on-site that follows USDA nutrition requirements. Teachers use the Frog Street Curriculum to prepare children for kindergarten.

Grace United Learning Center is a non-profit, non-faith based facility that offers full-day and preschool programs and is licensed to serve up to 52 students at any one time. The teachers are credentialed, and bus transportation is available for Taneytown Elementary School students. The center is accredited by the Maryland State Department of Education and has held this accreditation since 2012, and it participates in the Maryland EXCELS program. It accepts participants in the Child Care Subsidy Program. Field trips are planned throughout the year, and parents are encouraged to join these outings.
The mission of Grace United Learning Center states that it is designed to provide safe and affordable childcare and preschool programs without regard for race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, income, or disability, and that staff work to support the physical, emotional, educational, and developmental growth of the children in their care. The center has provided opportunities for community youth to complete community service hours required for high school graduation. The Director is Crystal Baker, and the Treasurer is Beth Hogg.
