Y Camp offers a range of options including Y Day Camps, Overnight Camps, Outdoor Adventure Day Camps, Specialty Day Camps, Teen Day Camps, and general Day Camps. Depending on the camp and membership, kids may have access to activities such as climbing walls, pools, splash pads, pickleball, exercise classes, water exercise, lap swim, family swim, water walking, open gym, pick-up basketball, swim lessons, homework time, creativity projects, STEM activities, chess club, Lego Challenge, and water fitness classes. All schedules are subject to change without notice.

Y Camp is part of the Y, a charitable organization in Central Maryland dedicated to developing the full potential of every individual through programs that build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all. Y membership is required to register for Y Day Camp and is encouraged, but not required, for Y Overnight Camp locations. Y membership includes access to Y Day Camps, lowest rates on Y Overnight Camps, full access at Y Family Centers, top tier fitness equipment and exercise classes, climbing walls and pools, Stay & Play for little ones, pickleball, family events, and more. The Y states that its programs and services are infused with the character values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility, and that its core operating principles are Cleanliness, Empathy, Engagement and Safety. The Y also notes that it is a place for everyone and that financial assistance is provided to actively engage the entirety of the community. The program includes a community effort called “Help Send a Kid to Camp,” which focuses on bringing happiness, safety and fun to children in the community who might otherwise miss out.
