Little Waves Swim Academy

Little Waves Swim Academy offers one-on-one lessons in Infant Survival, Infant Aquatics, and Swim Wizards. Infant Survival teaches infants to roll over from a face down or submerged position onto their back to float, relax, and breathe. Infant Aquatics teaches the swim-float-swim sequence, and Swim Wizards teaches the swim-float-swim sequence in preparation for introductory stroke techniques. Group Classes/Maintenance are available after completion of private lessons or a private assessment.

Programs

• Infant Survival — 6-12 months · Monday-Thursday, 4 days a week, 10 minutes long, 4 consecutive weeks · $550 · One-on-one lessons. Teaches infants to roll over from a face down or submerged position onto their back to float, relax and breathe.
• Infant Aquatics — 12 months-4 years · Monday-Thursday, 4 days a week, 10 minutes long, 6 consecutive weeks · $825 · One-on-one lessons. Teaches the swim-float-swim sequence.
• Swim Wizards — 4-6 years · Monday-Thursday, 4 days a week · $825 · One-on-one lessons. Teaches the swim-float-swim sequence in preparation for introductory stroke techniques.
• Group Classes/Maintenance — Once a week · $35 per class · Available after completion of private lessons; private lessons or a private assessment is required to participate.

About the provider

The goal of Little Waves Swim Academy is to equip children with the necessary skills to survive in water, provide confidence to be an independent swimmer, and help children develop a lifelong love for swimming. Krissy has been trained through the Infant Aquatic and Swim-Float-Swim method, has over 200 hours of in water training, and is a certified Infant Aquatic Survival™ Specialist.

Lessons are one-on-one. Group classes require completion of private lessons or a private assessment. Group classes may be joined at anytime during a session and the cost will be prorated according to the number of weeks left in the session.
