Clay Work Studio Summer Camp includes activities such as wheel throwing, hand building, plaster mold making, figurative sculpture, 3D clay printing, and work with 3D modeling software. The program offers a six-week hand building course, an eight-week studio course focused on figurative sculpture, and a six-week course for 3D clay printing.
• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Six-week hand building course; eight-week figurative sculpture studio course; six-week 3D clay printing course
One-on-one mentoring is available with Yiu-Keung Lee. The studio includes 12 pottery wheels, 3 electric kilns, food safe Cone 04 and Cone 06 glazes, an electric slab roller, manual extruders, a spray paint booth, 2 air filters, and other basic building and throwing supplies. The space also features large work areas and storage for groups or individuals, a rotating gallery featuring artist and student work, and a hardworking teaching staff.
