Troy Recreation Camps and Sports Programs offers a range of activities including Crafty Science Camp, Sewing Camp, Islandmon STEAM Quest Camp, Slimetopia 4: Once Upon a Slime Camp, Esports: The Ultimate Gaming Camp, and Golf Camps. • Schedule: Enrichment Camps and Challenge Island Camps run as half-day sessions Monday–Friday; Day Camps run Monday–Friday, 9 am–4 pm; Esports: The Ultimate Gaming Camp runs 4 days per week in sessions by age group; Golf Camps are offered in weekly sessions starting the week of June 16.
• Price: Enrichment Camps are $230 per camp for residents and $240 for non-residents; Challenge Island Camps are $180 per camp for residents and $190 for non-residents; Day Camps are $245 per camp for residents and $255 for non-residents; Golf Camps are $200 per week.
Enrichment Camps include Crafty Science Camp, which meets Monday, August 11–August 15 from 9 am–12 pm, and Sewing Camp, which meets the same dates from 1–4 pm, with all materials supplied and included in the session fee. Challenge Island Camps include Islandmon STEAM Quest Camp, which meets Monday, July 28–Friday, August 1 from 9 am–12 pm, and Slimetopia 4: Once Upon a Slime Camp, which meets the same dates from 1–4 pm, and children should bring a packed lunch if signed up for both morning and afternoon sessions. Day Camps meet Monday–Friday from 9 am–4 pm.
For 2025 Troy Sports Camps, Junior Basketball for grades K–2 is offered 6/9–6/13 and 6/16–6/20. Girls Basketball for grades 3–5 and 6–8 is offered 6/23–6/27 and 8/4–8/8, and Boys Basketball for grades 3–8 is offered 6/9–6/12 for grades 6–8 only and 7/21–7/25. Challenge Island is described as an award-winning STEAM enrichment program where kids work together in STEAM Teams to solve hands-on challenges. Registration for 2026 Camps is scheduled to open on Tuesday, February 10, and registration for 2025 Sports Camps is based on the grade entering in the 2025/2026 school year. Registration for Enrichment Camps and Challenge Island Camps closes 3 days before the start of each camp, and registration for Day Camps closes the Friday before each camp begins at 4 pm. The Rink is officially open for ice skating as a seasonal announcement.
