Bloomington United Summer Camps

Bloomington United Summer Camps include soccer, high school soccer prep, other sports, fun camp games, and arts and crafts. Full-day camps include soccer in the morning with half-day campers, a lunch break and recess on the playground, followed by other sports, fun camp games, arts and crafts, and more in the afternoon. Youth camps are designed for all skill ranges, from beginners to advanced players, and sessions include foundational technical skills taught and reinforced in game-like situations with a focus on the Technical, Tactical, Physical, and Psychological/Social-Emotional aspects of the game.

• Ages: 6–17 years old
• Schedule: Full-day and half-day camps are available, including a High School Prep Camp July 20th–24th for grades 9–12 and a Youth Half and Full-Day Camp August 3rd–7th for grades 1–8

Bloomington United Summer Camps are part of Bloomington United, which has been empowering Bloomington’s youth through soccer since 1980 and offers U5–U19 programs that compete in the Twin Cities Soccer League plus local tournaments. Bloomington United offers comprehensive, year-round training, winter programs, summer camps, and flexible, single-season options. The organization’s mission is stated as “Empowering Bloomington’s youth through soccer since 1980 — building skills on the pitch and leaders for life.” The leadership team includes Technical Director Joe Bell and Directors of Coaching Steve Bellis and Tom Szewczyk. Through a partnership with the City of Bloomington and Bloomington Public Schools, Bloomington United games and training sessions take place seasonally throughout the city.
