About
Ryan Sharpe Golf Junior Golf offers individual lessons, group instruction, putting instruction, junior clinics and development, club fitting, and game analysis. The program also uses a TrackMan Launch Monitor during instruction and offers golf fitness coaching with a focus on biomechanics, strength, flexibility, and mobility training. Instruction includes a strong focus on the short game, with specific expertise in putting and a stated belief that everyone can become a good putter regardless of their skill level.
The program is led by golf instructor Ryan Sharpe, a Class A member of the PGA of America and a certified PGA coach, and by personal trainer and golf fitness coach Gavin Metz, who serves as a golf fitness instructor. Ryan is a graduate of San Diego Golf Academy and has experience caddying on the Korn Ferry Tour for Clayton Rask, Cooper Dossey, and PGA Tour member Parker Coody. Gavin holds certifications from Titleist Performance Institute (TPI Level 1 Certification) and the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). Ryan’s mission is to help his students build confidence and take their game to the next level while developing their success both on and off the golf course.
