BPAA Soccer is a summer soccer program run by the Brooklyn Park Athletic Association. The Brooklyn Park Athletic Association's summer soccer program is a recreational level soccer program where participants take part in soccer activities. Good sportsmanship is the number one goal of BPAA Soccer activities, and winning and losing are secondary to the development of good character and love for the game of soccer.
• Ages: 6–18 years old
All participants are expected to be learning soccer skills, teamwork, and respect for all coaches, other players, and referees. BPAA Soccer is a 100% volunteer organized activity, and volunteers support roles such as coaching, coordinating photos, dropping off fliers at local schools, and planning the tournament. Youth Soccer Registration for the 2026 season will open on 4/1/2026.
The Brooklyn Park Athletic Association states that its purpose is to benefit the physical, mental, moral, and character development of its members and of the youth in the community by providing major sports programs and activities for boys and girls, regardless of ability or financial status. The BPAA leadership includes Bobby Jackson, BPAA Football President, and Scott Smeaton, BPAA President. A testimonial from these leaders describes how a contribution enabled BPAA to equip approximately 100 children with new football helmets and states that this support helps BPAA sustain its mission and provide improved player safety for 10 more years.
