The stated mission of i9 Sports Youth Sports Leagues, Camps & Clinics is to help kids succeed in life through sports by providing a youth sports experience that teaches the importance of good sportsmanship on the field and in life. Across all age groups, one of nine sportsmanship values is integrated into practice and game play each week: respect, positivity, teamwork, humility, enthusiasm, determination, integrity, inclusion, and leadership, and players who best demonstrate the weekly value receive an i9 Sports Excellence in Sportsmanship medal. The program is the nation’s largest multi-sport provider focused solely on high-quality, community-based youth sports programs, with programs optimized for developmental milestones at each age group, including youth soccer leagues for kids ages 3–14 and beginner-friendly youth basketball leagues for kids ages 5–14. Nike Kids Camps powered by i9 Sports are for campers ages 5–12, with age groups broken out to ensure age-appropriate skills.

One parent from Atlanta, GA, described being thankful “for a safe escape for my children to be kids while learning both athletic and life skills” and praised the communication and measures to keep kids as safe as possible. A parent from New Braunfels, TX, stated that they appreciated having the program available during COVID concerns and felt that the sites where they played were set up very well. A parent from Charlotte, NC, noted that they liked having practice, game, and fun “all in one morning” and described their coach as well organized. A parent from Phoenix, AZ, described it as a very well run program that focuses on teaching good sportsmanship and respect for one another and shared that it has been a positive experience to see the boys enjoy playing a sport with no pressure about performance.
