About
Centennial Baseball League offers five baseball programs for ages 13-19: Gopher State 13-15U, Gopher State Rec. League (formerly North Star), VFW, Gopher State 16AAA, and Gopher State/MYAS 17-19U. The league includes competitive play at AAA, AAA-AA, and VFW levels, along with a less competitive rec league that uses a tryout and coach selection process.

- Gopher State Rec. League (formerly North Star) — 13-15 · Designed for players who want a less competitive environment and a lesser commitment of time and cost. Teams are formed by a tryout and coach selection process.
- VFW — 16 · Highly competitive team for 16-year-olds. Tryouts are at the coaches' discretion.
- Gopher State 16AAA — 16 · Competitive league offering AAA level of competition.
- Gopher State/MYAS 17-19U — 17-19 · Competitive league offering AAA-AA level of competition.

- Ages: 13–18 years old
- General schedule: The league offers five baseball programs for ages 13-19 at different levels of play. The season begins in May for 13U-14U and may extend into early August. 15U starts after the high school season concludes. Rec. League begins in mid-May and goes to late July depending on postseason success. 16U and 17-19U begin following the high school season.
About the provider
13U and 14U teams play on fields with 75' base paths; 14U and 15U teams play on fields with 90' base paths. 13U-14U expect two games a week and weekend tournaments, with entry into one state tournament and a minimum of 30 games. Rec. League expects a 16-game schedule with a possible post-season tournament. VFW expects approximately two games a week plus practices, with end-of-season district playoffs and a chance to qualify for the State VFW tournament. 16AAA and 17-19U expect two games a week with occasional practices and a 14-game season.
