Kids Sports at Life Time Coon Rapids includes rockwall climbing, kids pickleball, kids tennis, swim lessons, and swim team. Rockwall Climbing uses harnesses, ropes and supervision so kids can focus on climbing and games. All needed equipment for rockwall climbing, including harnesses, ropes and supervision, is provided.

At a time where 70% of kids stop playing sports by the age of 13, this program is presented as a way to get kids engaged in a new, lifelong sport in a fun way. Kids pickleball includes round-robin games every week with a focus on reinforcing game-specific skills as well as life lessons in a safe environment. From age 3 through college, every child, teen or young adult can learn and improve their tennis game with a progressive system of instruction and coaching. Athletic, fun and professional instructors teach the game and take the time to make sure each kid always feels like they are winning. A membership for an adult and child enrolling in programs is a requirement. If the child is under the age of 12 years old, a parent or legal guardian is required to share the membership with the child. If the child is 12 years of age or older, they are eligible to hold a membership on their own, with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
