Spirit Mountain Summer Camps include a variety of activities such as traditional camp games like dodgeball and capture the flag, fort building, and nature crafts. Campers take hikes along the Superior Hiking Trail and to Knowlton Creek, and some camps include a weekly trip to the Adventure Park with access to the Alpine Coaster, Putt Putt, Golf, Zip Line, and Jumping Pillow. Several camps focus on biking, including mountain biking and balance biking.

• Ages: 2–15 years old
• Schedule: Spirit Mountain Adventure Camp runs in 5-day weeks from 9am–4pm with optional before and after care from 8am–5pm; Lil Rippers Mountain Bike Camp and Spirit Week Long MTB Camps run in 5-day weeks; Intermediate Downhill Lift Access Day Camps and Balance Bike, Bubbles, and Bananas Camp meet in single-day sessions; Sheroes Camp July Session meets three evenings from 5:30pm–7:30pm.
• Price: Before and After care available for an additional charge of $48 per week.

All camps are staffed by trained counselors and coaches, with Balance Bike, Bubbles, and Bananas Camp led by trained Spirit Mountain staff and Sheroes Camp coached by female mountain biking coaches. Spirit Week Long MTB Camps use lift accessed trails on Fridays, weather permitting, and Intermediate Downhill Lift Access Day Camps include a t-shirt and a day ticket valid on the day of camp. Balance Bike, Bubbles, and Bananas Camp is a parent/child program, and Sheroes Camp is a signature mountain bike instruction program for women. Spirit Mountain describes itself as a year-round destination for outdoor recreation in Minnesota, a key hub for hiking, biking, skiing, riding, and family fun, with two unique locations for Nordic skiing, what it describes as the BIGGEST & BEST Terrain Park in the Midwest, and some of the finest gravity trails in the country. Spirit Mountain states that its mission is to be a destination for safety, fun, and learning for children and adults, and Outside Magazine voted Duluth, Minnesota, the Best Outdoor City in America in 2014.
