All of the camps are similar in design, with a different focused sport every week, and the focused sport takes 1–2 hours of the daily plan while the rest of the time is spent on learning new sports and playing active games. On Fridays, campers at Heritage Camp and Proctor Camp have the option to get cheese, pepperoni, or sausage pizza for lunch.
