Aurora Soccer Camps are open to girls aged seven to eighteen, with camp sessions divided by age group ranging from U7 to U19. Camps will provide opportunities for players to learn Aurora values and Player DNA in a developmentally appropriate way, with a stated goal of a 1:10 camper ratio. Campers are asked to bring a soccer ball, shin guards, and water, and may wear cleats or turf flats on artificial turf; water is provided, but snacks and meals are not provided at camp.

Each session and each camp is led by Aurora FC-approved coaches, including current and former players. Minnesota Aurora FC was founded in 2021 by Allie Schmidt, Andréa Carroll-Franck, Andrea Yoch, Elisa Vicuña, Matthew Bergeron, Matt Privratsky, Rob Spence, Susan Earle, and Wes Burdine. The club’s mission is creating pathways for women, girls, and gender expansive people to reach their potential, on and off the field. Minnesota Aurora FC is a community-driven women’s soccer club built “For Community, By Community,” and is community-owned by over 5000 people in 19 countries, making Aurora the largest community-owned women’s team in the country.

Aurora has been undefeated in the regular season over three years and has won the Heartland Division all three seasons, with titles including 2025 Central Conference Champions and 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 Heartland Division Champions. Minnesota Aurora FC and Pentz Homes partner to contribute funds to the Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota in honor of the team’s fifth season. The organization states that empowering girls through soccer is at the heart of its mission, supports reproductive rights, gender-affirming care, and bodily autonomy, and seeks to eliminate bigotry in all its forms, stating that Black lives matter, trans women are women, and no person is illegal.
