Faribault Gymnastics Club

Faribault Gymnastics Club offers Tiny Tots, Dynamos, Rollers, Springers, Ninja Gymnastics, Tumblers, Twisters, Hotshots, Saltos, Ringers, and Preteam. The classes include floor, balance beam, vault, uneven bars, trampoline, foam pit, foam block pit, rock climbing wall, springs floor, and ninja obstacle courses with gymnastics apparatus, mats, trampolines, and inflatables. Homeschool is a co-ed group for Rollers/Springers levels and higher.

• Tiny Tots — Boys & Girls 18 months - 3 years · Tuesday 10:00-10:40; Tuesday 4:45-5:25; Tuesday 9:00-9:40 (additional sessions #1 & #2 only); Tuesday 4:45-5:25; Thursday 3:45-5:00
• Dynamos — Boys & Girls Ages 3-5 1/2 · Monday 4:45-5:30; Monday 5:45-6:30; Tuesday 9:00-9:45; Tuesday 10:45-11:30; Tuesday 5:30-6:15; Wednesday 6:15-7:15; Saturday 10:00-10:45
• Homeschool — Co-ed; Rollers/Springers levels and higher · Thursday 11:00-12:00 · Participants practice the appropriate skills for their level in a multi level, co-ed group setting. No preschool participants.
• Rollers — Beginner Girls Ages 5 1/2 yrs & Up · Monday 3:45-4:45; Wednesday 5:00-6:00; Wednesday 6:45-7:45; Saturday 9:00-10:00 · Introduction to basic gymnastics techniques on floor, balance beam, vault, uneven bars and trampoline. Basic coordination and gymnastics safety techniques are taught.
• Springers — Beginner Boys Ages 5 1/2 yrs & Up · Wednesday 6:15-7:15; Saturday 11:00-12:00
• Ninja Gymnastics — Co-ed 6 years and up · Wednesday 4:00-5:00 · Focuses on strength, agility, and balance. Lessons consist of special challenges and obstacle courses using gymnastics apparatus, mats, foam pit, trampolines, inflatables and more.
• Tumblers — Advanced Beginner Girls · Monday 6:30-7:45; Thursday 3:45-5:00; Thursday 6:30-7:45; Saturday 10:45-12:00 · Designed for those who have previous experience on all apparatus and have mastered all the beginning basics skills.
• Twisters — Intermediate Girls · Tuesday 3:45-5:15; Wednesday 6:30-8:00; Saturday 10:30-12:00 · For those who have mastered the basics on all apparatus. Variations and combinations of those skills are taught.
• Hotshots — Advanced Intermediate Girls · Tuesday 3:45-5:15; Wednesday 6:30-8:00; Saturday 10:30-12:00 · More advanced skills such as back handsprings are taught along with other more difficult skills on all apparatus.
• Saltos — Competition Level · Monday 6:00-8:00; Saturday 9:00-11:00 · Continuation of skills mastered on all the mens apparatus that was learned in the beginner boys classes.
• Ringers — Preteam Level · Monday 6:00-8:00; Saturday 9:00-11:00 · Continuation of skills mastered on all the mens apparatus that was learned in the beginner boys classes.
• Preteam — Advanced Girls · Tuesday 3:30-5:30; Thursday 6:00-8:00 · Designed for those who have learned the advanced skills taught in the previous classes. Emphasis on skills needed for competition levels.

• Ages: 1–18 years old
• Facility hours: Business hours are generally Mon-Thurs 3:00pm-8:00pm, Saturday 9am-1:30pm and also Tuesday 10am-11:30 & Thursdays 9:30am-11am during the school year. Summer hours are Mon-Thurs and vary from day to day. Hours may change during class breaks or Holidays.
