Real Minnesota Soccer Academy offers tryouts, camps, trainings, and academy competitions starting from the under 13 levels. Players take part in local, state, and out-of-state soccer tournaments, with out-of-state tournaments available for students starting at 10 years old. The academy uses in-class training at high standard development facilities and follows set standards that influence how players work toward their objectives.

Real Minnesota Soccer Academy states that its goal is to help young talent achieve their best, learn how to play the game, and have fun, with a focus on developing youth talents into world-class soccer players and preparing them for playing at the top level. The academy describes its path of learning as focusing on synchronizing physical growth and mental development through a holistic player development approach and high-performance programs, with competition spots decreasing as age increases. Teams are organized as U7 for children born in 2017/2018, U9 for children born between 2015 and 2016, U11 for children born in 2013 and 2014, U13 for children born between 2011 and 2012, and U15 for children born in 2009 and 2010.
The leadership is identified as Coach Cash, who has been coaching soccer in Minnesota for the past 20 years and is a graduate of Lewisham UK Protect football academy and performance. Coach Cash has played at a high level in both college and professional soccer and holds a B.S. and associate degree in exercise sports science, along with credentials from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a USA C License, a Football Association England Level 2 license, and a CBF Brazil C License, and has attended clinics at Sporting, Benfica, FC Porto, and Liverpool FC while currently working on obtaining the UEFA B license. The academy states that its coaches hold a USSF B License as a minimum requirement and describes its motto and goals with phrases such as “No Valley Is Too Deep, No Mountain Is Too High. Live and Breathe Real Soccer.” and “Our Goal, Excellence.”
