Cornerstone on the Vermillion

Cornerstone on the Vermillion offers youth horse camp sessions, a Youth Equestrian Club, group riding lessons, and a horse training program that includes activities such as Western riding, English riding, hunter-jumper riding, western performance riding, ground work, horsemanship, roping, reining, show jumping, colt starting, round pen training, cow horse maneuvers, drills, and exercises. The program also offers events and series such as Horse Building Strong Families, the Woman Strong Cowgirl Series, and Cowhorse/Roping for Beginners, along with team building programs that use motivational exercises with horses. All disciplines are welcome, and the program welcomes all ages and levels of horseback riders, including those who have never ridden before, and offers apprenticeships for those who are dreaming of an equestrian future.

• Schedule: Youth Horse Camp runs in 4-day sessions; Youth Equestrian Club and Group Riding Lessons run in 4-week sessions; Horse Training - No Experience Required! runs over 6 weeks; Cowhorse/Roping for Beginners meets on Mondays; Horse Building Strong Families is a 2-hour event; the Woman Strong Cowgirl Series is offered in 3-hour sessions.
• Price: Youth Horse Camp is $500 per 4-day camp; Youth Equestrian Club is $270 per 4-week session; Group Riding Lessons are $180 per 4-week session; Horse Training - No Experience Required! is $180; Horse Building Strong Families is $100 for a family of 2, plus $35 for each additional person, with a maximum of $200; the Woman Strong Cowgirl Series is $75 per 3-hour session.
