Its mission is to provide players and their families an unparalleled football experience through exceptional coaching, elite programming and an unwavering commitment to safety. The association offers tacklebar football in 3rd grade as a traveling league, with 7v7 play on a modified 40-yard field and modified rules, and describes TackleBar as a limited contact football game that bridges the gap between flag football and tackle football, with players wearing full pads and learning traditional fundamentals in a limited contact setting. Spring programming focuses on community building, skill development, teamwork, and fun, and Cap City Fillies is a girls-only program.
