About
The Dance Unit offers dance and performing arts classes that include ballet, tap, jazz, and hip hop. The program includes recreational, pre-competitive, and competitive dance classes for ages 2 through adult. The Dance Unit offers a variety of classes for different ages and skill levels.
• Ages: 2–18 years old
• Schedule: Summer office hours from July 6–August 13 with afternoon and evening times Monday–Thursday; fall classes start September 14, with open houses on September 1, 3, 8, and 10 from 5:00–7:00pm.
The Dance Unit was created to provide a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for children to study dance. The program states that it works with dancers of all goals and ambitions and is focused on professionalism, high-quality dance education, and teaching life skills that transcend beyond dance. The Dance Unit serves clients in the northeast suburbs of the Twin Cities.
