Bethany Lutheran College Baseball Camps provide athletes of all ages with specialized baseball development opportunities. Camps use both outdoor and indoor baseball facilities and involve the use of standard baseball equipment such as cleats, gloves, bats, catchers gear, and appropriate baseball attire. Outdoor events are moved indoors in case of inclement weather.
Ryan Kragh serves as head coach in his 25th year leading the Bethany Vikings baseball program. Under his leadership in 2025, the Vikings went 29-14, won both the UMAC regular season and tournament titles, earned an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament, and he was named UMAC Coach of the Year for the fifth time while reaching his 400th career win. He previously managed the Mankato MoonDogs from 2016–2018, with his teams going a combined 136-80 and reaching the Northwoods League playoffs each season. Associate Head Coach Danny Kneeland, in his sixth year with Bethany, works with hitters, infielders, catchers, and baserunners and has helped guide the Vikings to three straight conference championships in 2023, 2024, and 2025; he also manages the Mankato MoonDogs in the Northwoods League, a role he has held since 2022. Pitching Coach Shea Walker, in his first year with the Vikings, pitched at Division I UNC-Asheville and spent a year coaching with Tread Athletics, which focuses on next-gen pitching training and development with custom training and throwing plans. The broader leadership team also includes Assistant Coach Ben Maes in his fourth year and Assistant Coach Liam Peterson in his second year. Bethany is a member of NCAA Division III and the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference.
