FUNdamentals in Nature OT Services was founded in 2023. It provides nature-based occupational therapy for children and young adults ages 4–22 in the Twin Cities and specializes in supporting neurodivergent kids and teens in inclusive, affirming spaces that focus on growth, independence, and joy, where differences are celebrated. Services are offered year-round and include individual occupational therapy evaluations and sessions, nature-based therapeutic groups, and 1:1 nature-based occupational therapy sessions led by an occupational therapist (OTR) or certified occupational therapy assistant (COTA). The program is led by founder Alycia Tadt, a pediatric occupational therapist with over 15 years of experience in residential treatment, hospital-based care, outpatient pediatric therapy, and schools, who completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse and her master’s degree in occupational therapy at St. Catherine University.
